Cancellation And Refund

1. Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the process for canceling orders and obtaining refunds for products and services offered by Thyboon Technologies. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be fair and flexible in accommodating cancellation requests.

2. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled up to 48 Hrs prior to the scheduled delivery date, unless otherwise stated in the specific product or service agreement. To cancel an order, please contact us using one of the following methods:

3. Refund Policy
Full refund:
For orders canceled 7 days or more before the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees (if applicable).
Partial refund:
For orders canceled within 3 days of the scheduled delivery date, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Processing fees may also apply.
No refund:
Orders canceled after the scheduled delivery date, or orders for custom-made products or services, are not eligible for a refund.

4. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request, and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Exceptions
This policy may be subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a different solution if we believe the cancellation request is fraudulent or unreasonable.
