Services
Our company provides supply chain services such as transportation, warehousing, and logistics. Specific services may be added or removed as per the requirement of the clients.Delivery timelines will be provided upon request. Payment methods accepted are wire transfer, credit card, or check.

Fees and Payment
Fees and pricing for services will be provided to clients in advance, and any additional services will be separately billed. Payment is due within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Late payment fees will be charged at the rate of one and a half percent of the unpaid balance per month or the highest amount permitted by law.

Liability
Our company will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions. Our liability for damages or losses caused by our services will be limited to the value of the services provided.

Confidentiality
Our company guarantees strict confidentiality to clients' confidential information such as trade secrets or sensitive data. Our company strives to comply with industry standards and relevant laws concerning data privacy, security, and handling of confidential information.

Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property developed by our company during the course of providing services will remain our property. Any intellectual property commissioned by a client during the term of service will remain the property of the client.

Termination
Either party may terminate the service contract upon giving a 30-day notice, and the account will be settled accordingly. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for returning any confidential or proprietary data that was shared during the service term.
